The ring handles make this instrument easy to handle and manipulate and the length of the tool allows the handle out of the surgical field. Additionally, the jaws are calibrate at 5.0 mm intervals and this instrument is available with straight shanks and straight, curved or spoon jaws, or angled shanks with straight jaws making it possible to find a suitable instrument for the particular surgical procedure.

The jaws are set at a slight angle so as to allow maneuverability while still maintaining pressure and control when clamping the intended area. This clamp features straight jaws, handles angled at 45 degrees and is available in two different jaws sizes.

This clamp is designed to clamp vessels and occlude blood flow during surgical procedures in many cases to prevent an excessive amount of blood loss from the patient. A unique feature of this clamp is the curved Cooley jaws that are calibrated at 50 mm intervals as well as the straight shanks. This instrument is available two sizes: small jaw with heavy curvature and large jaw with medium curvature.
